How the billing works.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days and 20 credits, with no credit card required to start. That is enough for four five-slide carousels, so you can run it on your own site and judge the output before paying anything.
What counts as a credit?
One credit renders one slide. A five-slide carousel costs five. Regenerating one slide of an existing set costs one credit.
What if I run out of credits before the month ends?
Buy a top-up. Extra credits are available any time from inside your account, they are added to your balance immediately, and they do not change your plan or your renewal date.
What happens if something fails partway?
Credits are held when a set starts and spent only on slides that come back finished. Anything that fails or times out releases its credits.
What does bring your own keys mean?
On the Lifetime plan you add your own AI provider keys, and generation runs against your account. There is no monthly credit limit and no need for top-ups, and the AI costs are billed to you by those providers rather than by us. That is why it costs less than a year of the subscription.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switch whenever you like and the change applies from your next renewal. Annual works out at $14.25 a month, which is 25 percent less than paying month to month.
Do credits roll over?
No. The month resets on your billing date. The allowance is sized so a normal month of campaigns does not come close to the cap, and top-ups cover the months that run heavy.
How many brands can I add?
As many as you want, on either plan. Brand profiles are not the thing being metered, generation is.
